Trimind is a professional AI workspace that enables use of GPT, Claude, and Gemini in a single interface. The Service includes: conversations with AI models, the Glass Brain Architect, web search, file management, and the Cognitive Council.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining your password and for all activity in your account.
You may use the Service for questions, research, analysis, writing, coding, and professional consultation. You are responsible for verifying all AI output before relying on it.
Your input remains yours. AI-generated output: you receive a full usage license. Ownership is subject to the terms of each AI provider. The Service itself (code, design, architecture): all rights reserved to Trimind.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for verifying all output before relying on it. AI output is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.
The Service is provided "AS IS". Trimind is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service or AI output. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee continuous service. Third-party AI models may become unavailable without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We will notify you by email 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Jurisdiction: courts of Israel.
